You’ll also craft your Producer Declaration inside the Identity Upgrade Lab , a guided session that helps you articulate who you’re becoming and the standard you now lead from.

Each month, you’ll join Shay live for The Vision Call , your space to align, ask questions, and calibrate to the energy of mastery.

By the end of this phase, you won’t just understand the strategy behind high-converting events. You’ll see yourself as the leader who makes them possible.

Through a blend of guided training, live labs, and a real-world certification simulation, you’ll learn how to manage every moving part of a high-level event without the overwhelm.

  Identify, build, and manage your event Dream Team — understanding every role, responsibility, and collaboration dynamic.

• During the Event
  Step into your producer power as the calm in the storm. Manage logistics, flow, energy, and the unexpected with grace and precision.

• After the Event
  Lead powerful debriefs, gather testimonials, and analyze results that turn good events into repeatable, scalable wins.

You’ll also gain access to the Case Study Vault, with behind-the-scenes breakdowns of real Grace & Ease productions showing exactly what worked, what shifted, and what drove profit.

In the Production Labs, you’ll practice your skills in real time through interactive sessions on run-of-show, AV contracts, team structure, and event scenarios.

Through focused trainings, hands-on business labs, and personalized feedback, you’ll leave this phase with a complete Producer Package, a confident pricing strategy, and a clear plan for recurring revenue.

Inside the Business-Building Labs, you’ll refine your pricing, roleplay real client conversations, and receive coaching on your offer presentation.

You’ll complete your journey with the Producer Package Capstone, presenting your full offer and revenue plan for review by the Grace & Ease team. Successful completion grants access to the Producer Collective™, your private network of Certified Event Producers™ who collaborate, share referrals, and continue building together.
